The top floor and roof of the house we are staying at is made of an antic joglo, named "Limasan", This javanese wooden house was made of teak wood and it's now openly and simply dressed to be an isolated and peaceful place for yoga practice or meditation

I am in contact with massage therapists and can call them on demand-they use the pool chair to massage you at the villa (Price 150kRp/hour)

The story of Empower Retreats… stemming from Nurse Yourself Retreats
Ever since I was a little girl, I witnessed my mother (my super hero) a Registered Nurse & single mother juggle caring for me and her patients and saw many times she overlooked her health in the process. It was difficult to watch my mom succumb to unhealthy habits and overall not feel healthy and happy herself; even though she tried her best to nurse me and her patients to health. Admiring my mother’s passion for nursing others sparked my desire to become a nurse. In nursing school, I fully became aware of the constant battle between nursing myself and nursing my patients, empathizing with my mother and other healthcare professionals. Most of the time, I would choose my health last and it was not until I noticed the remarkable difference of the care I provided for my patients when I cared for myself where I knew something needed to be done! I coined a term with my nursing friends, Michelle and Diana— “(M)ursing before Nursing” to promote care for (ME-the nurse) before caring for others. I then presented this concept at a Summit in Ohio on Promoting Health and Resilience for Healthcare Professionals. I felt and still feel ignited and passionate about this topic of spreading awareness on all the benefits of promoting health for nurses especially when I saw how my fellow nursing student friends also struggled with their self care rituals.

Villa Inspirit
Villa Inspirit's name came up as they designed and built it in this beautiful scenery to instill life, energy and peace to visitors.
The space
Each of the 4 Master bedrooms have en-suite and a SUPER king size double beds (2m x 2m) with one or two additional single beds if required.
All of these Master Bedrooms can be set up with two to four single beds to accommodate your personal circumstances. 14 people may therefore sleep comfortably in the 4 bedrooms.
The 5th bedroom has a bunk bed and can fit if necessary a 3rd single bed. It has its own bathroom and aircond. It's located on the kitchen floor with its own bathroom, we use it occasionally when we accommodate larger groups.
Additional sleeping arrangements are available for up to 6 extra people (total 20 people) in Villa Inspirit thanks to the 2 big day beds (2m x 1.5m).
A 5th bathroom with shower is available on the main floor.
(can also provide accommodation for more than 20 people within the other villa next door which can accommodate 6 additional people)

My name is Sasha Solonin, I’m the founder of Motion LA and a former Division one tennis athlete who has performed at the highest level and I know what it’s like to struggle in sports, in my personal life and my professional life. I also know how great it feels to overcome my struggles and look at them as opportunities. If there’s one thing I learned it’s that we can't do It alone. Why do I want to help coach people? Because I feel like It would selfish to not share with others what I’ve been blessed to learn myself with the help of countless mentors along the way.
I will do much more for you than just help you feel and look good. I give you the tools to rewire your brain so you can live a lifestyle where you will feel great about your decisions every day. What inspired you to be part of this retreat?
I love to travel, discover and experience new things. Go beyond my comfort zone and motivate people is what animates me the most. I also never been to Bali,
so this adventure definitely fulfill all my expectations and needs.
What’s one self care ritual you’re committed every day ?
I believe the body and the mind have to work together hand to hand.
That’s why I’m really disciplined and relentless.
I follow a strict workout and diet program every day. I never missed or stopped working out in the last 6 months. Same for food, I buy my fresh groceries 3 times per week and cook/meal prep them for the whole week.
How will you empower us ?
Fitness is my passion and my whole life. I’m always looking forward to be the best version of myself and I want the same for my clients.
I helped out a lot of people to feel better in their life and made them achieve their fitness goals.
Oh yeah ! And what are the odds a sexy coach from South of France is going to Bali to train people ? I’ll definitely add ze French touch to zis retreat !

I’ve been a postpartum nurse for 2 years now. I went to USF but stared my career in Denver CO and have lived there since. I feel most empowered when I eat vegan food, eat intuitively, and do group fitness classes with friends! I will support everyone by being a positive light and sharing enthusiasm for everyone’s goals :) also, I teach Zumba and can’t wait to dance w everyone!

When I was growing up I would always look for self worth in others instead of looking at the source aka within myself . I was raised in a family where my father showed love with material things and my mother was always switching diet plans to drop weight. As a young girl this started to develop my mindset on what self worth looked like -what I interpreted what I needed to be. I thought people, mainly boys or men would love me or want me if I looked a certain way or had certain things, suppressing myself worth deeper and deeper.
This drove me into having an eating disorder when I was in my early teens and slowly traveled with me through my 20s when I did my first bodybuilding show. Throughout this period I was in and out of toxic relationships looking for my self worth, striving to be wanted. It wasn't until my marriage ended from domestic assult, the moment I hit the concrete floor I knew my Self worth was way more than this life I was “told “ to live. I found my purpose and awakened my self-worth , fully discovered myself. Going through my self-worth journey, Growing from childhood wounds, mindset reset and manifestation, I’ve found that most people are not the Ill do it tomorrow people, But more so the ones that are committed to taking action now :) This is why I love being a self worth coach, Visualization Sound Healer and Intuitive Eating/ Movement Mentor.

EMPOWER Retreat in Dayton, Oregon -Feb 2nd, 2022-Feb 6th, 2022
Why Dayton, Oregon?
Our next destination may not be the beautiful Tulum, but I am as excited for this location as Tulum. Dayton was the first city in the State of Oregon to be designated as a national historic resource. We will be staying at Sunrise Farm, on over 33 acres including a 9 acre lake and 3 trails accessible by horse or on foot. A hidden gem.
What drew me into Oregon the first time I visited were the stars, so we will enjoy evenings snuggled up by the gas fire-pit on the spacious deck and star gaze. Some days we may stay in and use the projector room to watch a movie while cozy by the fireplace. And enjoy dinner (healthy pizza) cooked in the wood-fired pizza oven. There are so many ways to enjoy this farm and I am so excited for this opportunity we get to share together.

When I was growing up I would always look for self worth in others instead of looking at the source aka within myself . I was raised in a family where my father showed love with material things and my mother was always switching diet plans to drop weight. As a young girl this started to develop my mindset on what self worth looked like -what I interpreted what I needed to be. I thought people, mainly boys or men would love me or want me if I looked a certain way or had certain things, suppressing myself worth deeper and deeper.
This drove me into having an eating disorder when I was in my early teens and slowly traveled with me through my 20s when I did my first bodybuilding show. Throughout this period I was in and out of toxic relationships looking for my self worth, striving to be wanted. It wasn't until my marriage ended from domestic assult, the moment I hit the concrete floor I knew my Self worth was way more than this life I was “told “ to live. I found my purpose and awakened my self-worth , fully discovered myself. Going through my self-worth journey, Growing from childhood wounds, mindset reset and manifestation, I’ve found that most people are not the Ill do it tomorrow people, But more so the ones that are committed to taking action now :) This is why I love being a self worth coach, Visualization Sound Healer and Intuitive Eating/ Movement Mentor.

The story of EMPOWER Retreats
Ever since I was a little girl, I witnessed my mother (my super hero) a Registered Nurse & single mother juggle caring for me and her patients and saw many times she overlooked her health in the process. It was difficult to watch my mom succumb to unhealthy habits and overall not feel healthy and happy herself; even though she tried her best to nurse me and her patients to health. Admiring my mother’s passion for nursing others sparked my desire to become a nurse. In nursing school, I fully became aware of the constant battle between nursing myself and nursing my patients, empathizing with my mother and other healthcare professionals. Most of the time, I would choose my health last and it was not until I noticed the remarkable difference of the care I provided for my patients when I cared for myself where I knew something needed to be done! I coined a term with my nursing friends, Michelle and Diana— “(M)ursing before Nursing” to promote care for (ME-the nurse) before caring for others. I then presented this concept at a Summit in Ohio on Promoting Health and Resilience for Healthcare Professionals. I felt and still feel ignited and passionate about this topic of spreading awareness on all the benefits of promoting health for nurses especially when I saw how my fellow nursing student friends also struggled with their self care rituals.

What inspired you to be part of this retreat ?
I love to travel, discover and experience new things. Go beyond my comfort zone and motivate people is what animates me the most. I also never been to Bali, so this adventure definitely fulfill all my expectations and needs.
What’s one self care ritual you’re committed every day ?
I believe the body and the mind have to work together hand to hand.
That’s why I’m really disciplined and relentless.
I follow a strict workout and diet program every day. I never missed or stopped working out in the last 6 months. Same for food, I buy my fresh groceries 3 times per week and cook/meal prep them for the whole week.
How will you empower us ?
Fitness is my passion and my whole life. I’m always looking forward to be the best version of myself and I want the same for my clients.
I helped out a lot of people to feel better in their life and made them achieve their fitness goals.

I always questioned who I was & what I was here to do on this planet. I started studying indigenous anthropology with an emphasis on indigenous medicine. I started traveling to different countries studying different indigenous cultures & they’re methods on healing. I became an herbalist, medicine maker, educator, yogi, wellness & meditation coach & founder of Prana by Lana. I started making natural products 5 years ago after spending time studying plant medicine in the Amazon rainforest. I researched the many benefits of plants & how they can heal us. I started Prana by Lana as a way to bridge the knowledge between the western world and indigenous cultures.
I started working on healing my own self as traumas started to arise to the surface. When I felt like I couldn’t focus I would attempt to seek alternatives to healing. I started practicing yoga when I was 18. I practice yoga consistently & I had tried meditation to help me overcome my emotions & traumas that were holding me back in life. As I started to practice meditation it really helped heal my inner childhood wounds within me. I felt such a huge difference in my life each time I would leave the meditation class I would feel an up flight in energy, my heart felt so full of unconditional love, I felt an increase in gratitude, lighter, stronger & more focused.
Breath work meditation was the most powerful healing I had ever experienced. I couldn’t believe how powerful breath work was & how it helped me overcome my depression so fast. I want to share this simple breathing exercise with everyone so that it can help everyone overcome what’s holding them back. I studied to become a mediation coach. I started working one on one with clients a year ago and now I teach meditation while managing Prana by Lana. I started teaching workshops recently on how to make natural products, candles & your own plant medicine. I work one on one with clients who want to heal & overcome their traumas. I also work with people of all kinds of illness & disease that want guidance on alternatives to heal naturally. I am here to help support, heal & teach. Matt Feldhaus, our fitness and mindset coach!
Matt comes from us from sunny Los Angeles where he contain yes his lifelong passion for health and fitness as a personal trainer of functional fitness. Matt believes in health360; that there is a mind, body, and spirit connection. Matt hopes to enliven within each participant the understanding of how each influences and supports each other, and thus physical fitness can nourish the soul and strengthen the mind.
Matt began his fitness journey as a young kid, playing every team sport imaginable and spending his free time adventuring in the woods behind his childhood home. Focusing on track and football, two sports he continued into college, he participated in the junior olympics and won state and midwest regionals in long and triple jump. He continued his passion for competition after college and has completed over 50 races of all varieties, ranging from 5Ks and Spartan races, to urban obstacle course runs and full distance Ironman (140.6) triathlons.
But Matt’s real journey began on a fateful night when he was hit head on while riding his motorcycle by a drunk driver, a night that would change his life. He suffered multiple fractures, concussion, and a dramatic brain injury, with the doctors telling his father had he not been in such good shape, he would have been killed by this injury. From that moment on, fitness was forever going to be part of his everyday life and something he shares with others, not just as a hobby.
Matt continues to practice functional fitness and empowers his friends, colleagues, and anyone he meets with the encouragement to evolve into a more present being. Through the usage of fitness and nourishing nutrition, he coaches clients on the same discipline, grit, and strength inside the gym, can serve us in our everyday lives as we encounter stress, obstacles, and frustrations. Together, he hopes we all level up in our not only physical being, but our emotional & spiritual bodies to become a stronger, more balance self.

The story of Empower Retreats… stemming from Nurse Yourself Retreats
Ever since I was a little girl, I witnessed my mother (my super hero) a Registered Nurse & single mother juggle caring for me and her patients and saw many times she overlooked her health in the process. It was difficult to watch my mom succumb to unhealthy habits and overall not feel healthy and happy herself; even though she tried her best to nurse me and her patients to health. Admiring my mother’s passion for nursing others sparked my desire to become a nurse. In nursing school, I fully became aware of the constant battle between nursing myself and nursing my patients, empathizing with my mother and other healthcare professionals. Most of the time, I would choose my health last and it was not until I noticed the remarkable difference of the care I provided for my patients when I cared for myself where I knew something needed to be done! I coined a term with my nursing friends, Michelle and Diana— “(M)ursing before Nursing” to promote care for (ME-the nurse) before caring for others. I then presented this concept at a Summit in Ohio on Promoting Health and Resilience for Healthcare Professionals. I felt and still feel ignited and passionate about this topic of spreading awareness on all the benefits of promoting health for nurses especially when I saw how my fellow nursing student friends also struggled with their self care rituals.

Beautiful custom designed 3 bedroom 2 bath home with an additional fully self contained 1 bedroom 1 bath guest house. Main house is approx. 2,500 SF, and the guest house is approx. 600 sf. Built near the base of the Superstition Mountains with gorgeous views of Flat Iron. House sits on almost 4 acres of property and you will feel like you are away from it all, yet within minutes of shopping, restaurants, hiking, biking and horse riding. Gorgeous custom landscaping. Very peaceful and serene setting, letting you enjoy the quiet evenings. Relax in the newly installed hot tub next to the guesthouse. Wake up with a large window view of the majestic mountains. The house offers an open floor plan with incredible windows and amazing views! Short dirt road connects you from the main road to the houses. Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and a Nutritious Life Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach.
Dalia is also an elementary school teacher, avid foodie, traveler, fitness enthusiast, athlete, and geeks out on all things fitness, health, wellness, and nutrition. She grew up loving all food and playing sports as a child, therefore calling herself "The Fit Piggie." So the passion for eating delicious food and having an active lifestyle easily transpired into her lifestyle as an adult.
Although living an active lifestyle, Dalia didn't always have a healthy eating regime. When turning 30, she started making positive eating habits and that's when she could feel the difference in how food used to nourish the body changed how she felt from the inside out. As she began to read more and more about health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition, she began implementing a lot of what she learned. Eventually living a healthy lifestyle became part of her daily routine. The passion to make changes for herself grew into something more. Dalia, as an educator, started to teach others through conversations, her personal relationships, and social media. She understands that not one diet fits every... body. Health and wellness includes the whole person: mind, body, soul. She loves helping others develop healthy sustainable habits and desires to serve others to find a healthier happier version of themselves. When we feel great, we better serve others in the process.

When I was growing up I would always look for self worth in others instead of looking at the source aka within myself . I was raised in a family where my father showed love with material things and my mother was always switching diet plans to drop weight. As a young girl this started to develop my mindset on what self worth looked like -what I interpreted what I needed to be. I thought people, mainly boys or men would love me or want me if I looked a certain way or had certain things, suppressing myself worth deeper and deeper. This drove me into having an eating disorder when I was in my early teens and slowly traveled with me through my 20s when I did my first bodybuilding show.
Throughout this period I was in and out of toxic relationships looking for my self worth, striving to be wanted. It wasn't until my marriage ended from domestic assult, the moment I hit the concrete floor I knew my Self worth was way more than this life I was “told “ to live. I found my purpose and awakened my self-worth , fully discovered myself. Going through my self-worth journey, Growing from childhood wounds, mindset reset and manifestation, I’ve found that most people are not the Ill do it tomorrow people, But more so the ones that are committed to taking action now :) This is why I love being a self worth coach, Visualization Sound Healer and Intuitive Eating/ Movement Mentor.
